A useful wholesale enquiry begins with a clear product specification. A photograph alone does not tell the supplier which panel width, frame, fabric or printing method you need. For clubs, distributors and venue buyers, agreeing these details first makes quotations easier to compare and reduces repeated questions.

This guide uses examples from the current Qiangsenna pickleball barrier catalogue. Options vary by model, so treat each product page as the starting point for your order.

Start with your layout

Measure each section where you want panels and mark access openings, corners and storage areas. Share a sketch showing the intended arrangement. Record both panel width and height rather than asking only for a number of barriers. Panel quantities also depend on connections and the space left for access; confirm the proposed layout before ordering.

Compare the complete build

Two panels with similar dimensions can have different frames, bases and covers. For example, the modular stretch-fabric barrier has 140 × 75 cm and 200 × 75 cm options, a 25 mm galvanized steel frame and 180 or 200 g/m² stretch fabric. Connection options differ between its two models.

The metal-base competition barrier instead lists a 32 mm galvanized steel frame, a flat metal base and 300 g/m² air-layer Lycra. Its sizes are 140 × 75 cm, 200 × 75 cm and 233 × 75 cm. The SQ-3028 model is the 233 × 75 cm option. Specify dimensions alongside the model when requesting a quotation.

These are construction differences, not a claim that one model suits every venue. Describe your surface, intended position and handling requirements so the configuration can be discussed.

Confirm artwork and printing

Send your logo or artwork, preferred cover color and intended design placement. Cover and frame color choices are model-specific. The stretch-fabric and metal-base models above list digital printing at the same price with or without a logo; this should not be assumed for every barrier. Confirm the artwork and applicable printing charges for your chosen product before approving production.

Separate production from transit

Qiangsenna barriers are made to order. The two examples above list a minimum order of 10 sets and a production lead time of 7–15 days. Confirm the schedule for your actual quantity and customization. That production period excludes shipping transit time. Share your destination country, postcode and required arrival date early.

Send a complete enquiry

Include the product reference, size, fabric, quantity, artwork and delivery destination. Ask for packing details and a clear explanation of what the quotation includes. Website unit prices are references; tax, freight and any applicable extras need confirmation. On a product page, select your configuration before opening the enquiry so those details travel with your request.

Check before confirming

Review the agreed specification and delivery and returns policy. Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged. Report delivery issues within three days of receipt with supporting details. You can also view our workshop and dispatch photos before discussing your order.
