Buying a tennis ball machine for a club or school starts with the sessions you want to run. A higher maximum speed is only one specification. Ball capacity, transport weight, controls and power arrangements can be just as relevant to the person setting up each practice.

The examples below compare two models in the Qiangsenna tennis ball machine range. Figures are current catalogue specifications, not results from an independent performance test. Confirm the supplied configuration in your quotation.

Define the training session

Describe who will use the machine, the drills planned and who will move it between storage and court. Tell the supplier whether you need repeated fixed-point feeds, varied placement or programmable sequences. Also explain your charging arrangements and whether you expect the machine to stay at one venue or travel between sites. This gives a more useful starting point than choosing by price alone.

Compare capacity, speed and weight

The PT-MINI PRO lists a capacity of 65+ balls, an 8–60 km/h speed range and an 8 kg net weight. Its catalogue battery runtime is 3–5 hours. These figures provide a starting point for buyers who need to balance handling requirements with their intended drills.

The PT-PRO MAX lists 145+ balls, a 20–140 km/h speed range and a 20 kg net weight, with a catalogue battery runtime of 5–7 hours. It has a larger listed capacity and a wider upper speed range, alongside more weight to move.

Neither comparison makes one model the automatic choice for every school or club. Match the ranges to the planned practice, and discuss operating conditions when checking battery runtime.

Match controls to your drills

The PT-MINI PRO lists app and physical remote control, 12 fixed modes and a group teaching function. The PT-PRO MAX lists app and remote control alongside 28-point custom programming and 26 fixed modes. Ask which controls, modes and accessories are included in the version being quoted. Describe the drill you want to run rather than relying only on a feature name.

Confirm power and included items

Both product pages list 110V / 220V adapter voltage. Confirm the adapter and plug for the destination, battery configuration, charger and included accessories. If you are ordering for several venues, state how many units go to each address. Ask for carton dimensions and weights when comparing transport arrangements.

Prepare your purchasing enquiry

Send the model, quantity, intended use, destination country and postcode, required plug and preferred delivery timing. Training machines are offered from stock; confirm the selected configuration and dispatch arrangements. Reference prices apply to the default version and exclude shipping and taxes. Use the product page enquiry or contact our team for a final quotation.

Understand after-sales support

Read the machine warranty policy before confirming. Machines have a one-year warranty for confirmed non-user-caused faults. User-caused damage is outside that coverage: parts are available at cost and the customer pays the associated freight. Replacement and freight arrangements must be confirmed before returning goods. The separate three-day arrival inspection period does not cancel coverage for eligible machine faults.
