• The quick enquiry form collects your email address and message. Forms can also include the product reference, selected configuration, source page and campaign labels from the link you used, so we can understand your request and its source.
• If you contact us through live chat, email, WhatsApp or WeChat, the information you share and your contact details are handled through that service.

Please send only information needed for your enquiry. Do not include payment card details, passwords or identity documents in these forms.

How we use the information

We use enquiry details to answer questions, prepare quotations, discuss customization and delivery, follow up on requested products or orders, and provide customer support. Information may also be used to identify spam, maintain website security and resolve submission problems.

• Formspree: receives website form submissions and forwards enquiry notifications to our business inbox. Submissions may also be stored in its dashboard according to the account settings and plan.
• Gmail: hosts the business inbox used to receive and respond to enquiries.
• tawk.to: provides the live chat widget. Loading or using the widget may send technical information such as your IP address, browser details and visited page, as well as any chat messages you enter, to this provider.
• Website hosting and delivery services: process connection information such as IP address, browser details, request time and requested page to deliver and protect the website.
• WhatsApp and WeChat: handle communications when you choose those contact options. Your use of these services is also subject to their own privacy policies.

Our business is based in China. Depending on the service used, information may be processed in China or other countries where providers operate. Retention and security

Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to handle the request, related business records and applicable record-keeping requirements.
